Creating an Account

Overview

Before you can start creating surveys and collecting responses, you need to set up your Indephr account. The registration process is simple and only requires a few basic details.

Once your account is created, you will be able to access the platform and begin using all core features.


Create Your Account

Navigate to Sign Up

Go to https://app.indephr.com/#/ and click the Sign Up button. This will take you to the registration form.

Fill in Your Details

Enter the following information:

  • Select prefix – select your name prefix from the list

  • First Name – Your given name

  • Last Name – Your family name

  • Company Name – Your organization name

  • Website URL – Your company website (if applicable)

  • Email Address — use a valid, active email address you have access to

  • Password — create a secure strong password of at least 8 characters

  • Confirm Password — re-enter your password to confirm it

Create your account

Click on the Create Account button to complete registration.


Verify Your Email

Check your inbox

A verification email is sent to your registered email address.

  • The verification link expires in 24 hours — if it expires, return to the login page and request a new one

  • If you do not see the email in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder or promotions folder

Open verification email

Locate and open the verification email.

Verify your account

Click on the verification link provided in the email.

Login to your account

Click Go to Login and sign in.


Why Email Verification is Required

  • Ensures your account is secure and authenticated

  • Prevents unauthorized access

  • Enables reliable communication and notifications


Access Restriction (Important)

  • You cannot log in until your email is verified

  • Login attempts before verification will be denied


Best Practices for Account Setup

  • Use a valid and active email address

  • Choose a strong password

  • Keep your credentials secure


Troubleshooting

Didn’t receive the verification email?

  • Verification email not received Check your spam or junk folder or promotions folder first. If the email is not there, wait a few minutes and check again. If it still has not arrived, return to the login page and use the Resend Verification Email option. Make sure the email address you registered with is correct.
