Reports, Insights & Summary

Once the survey is completed and the submission deadline has passed, indepHR automatically processes the collected responses and generates a detailed report with actionable insights. Based on this report, users can then share a summary then share a summary with participants to communicate key outcomes.


Report Generation

Report generation begins automatically after the survey deadline.

How It Works

  • Once the deadline is reached:

    • The system processes all submitted responses

    • Data is analyzed to identify patterns and trends

    • A comprehensive report is generated

    • No manual action is required to generate reports.


7.2 Report Availability

  • Reports become available after processing is complete

  • Users can access the report from the Survey Details → Report tab

  • Users can also access the report by visiting the reportsoption from headerand then a report page will be there with list of reports


Report Overview

The generated report provides a clear understanding of survey outcomes.

Key Highlights Include:

  • Overall response insights

  • Trends and patterns in feedback

  • Question-wise analysis

  • Aggregated results for better understanding

The report helps users interpret feedback and identify key areas of improvement.



Summary Generation

After reviewing the report, users can proceed to overview a summary on report overview there will be a option at top right dialog box to see the summary of report .\

What is a Summary?

A summary is a simplified version of the report that highlights:

  • Key findings

  • Important insights

  • Overall outcomes of the survey

It is designed to communicate results clearly to survey participants.


Summary Sharing

Once the summary is prepared:

  • It can be shared with all survey recipients

  • The summary is sent via email

How It Helps

  • Closes the feedback loop with participants

  • Communicates transparency and action

  • Keeps employees informed about outcomes

The summary is shared only with recipients who participated in the survey.

After sharing the summary:
